Producent oprogramowania udostępnił najnowszą aktualizację dla rozwiązania FortiAP o numerze wersji 7.0.5. Dzięki aktualizacji, został naprawiony problem z autoryzacją MAB przy wykorzystaniu portalu przechwytującego (captive portal), również skorygowano błędne działanie systemu mowa tutaj o dwóch procesach dev_hard_start_xmit i wlan_objmgr_peer_release_ref. Ponadto, od wersji 7.0.5 nie będzie już problemów z nadmierną ilością statystyk dotyczących procesora i pamięci wysyłanych do FortiLAN Cloud.
